Services > Information Services

The Trent RDSU Information Service is based within the School of Health and Related Research (ScHARR), at the University of Sheffield. This specialist information and library service has established itself as a key national player in providing information support to health technology assessment and health services research. The library subscribes to approximately 80 medical/health related journals and provides reference facilities and computerised information and literature searching facilities.

Dissemination of information and improving access to information is a vital part of creating a research infrastructure in primary care. To support this Trent RDSU has an information officer specially trained to support primary and health related social care needs in this area.
